With the constant bombardment of regulatory compliance that the SKS Petroleum customer goes through, it can become increasingly confusing on what you need to do to stay in business or in some cases, begin a business. With over 37 years in the Petroleum Industry, Bill Rogers has obtained and maintains many licenses and certifications to keep up with the ever changing world of “Regulation”. Bill Rogers provides in-house compliance for the SKS Petroleum’s 14 Fuel Facilities and three active Distribution Centers in Southern California. Compliance entails many regulatory agencies from the Federal Government to the State and the Local City and Town Governments. Bill Rogers also provides in-house training for the many different types of employees here at SKS Petroleum including Technicians, Clerical, Tanker and Truck Fleets and Management.

Many things that help you get into compliance, stay in compliance and maintain training. Among other things, Bill Rogers is certified as a Director of Safety by the North American Transportation Management Institute. This gives him the ability to conduct on-going and startup training in the transportation related industry. As an “A” General Engineering Contractor and other certifications, Bill Rogers has developed many programs that deal with the everyday issues relating to “Environmental Compliance”. He is able to assist you with permitting of tanks, Business Plans, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures (SPCC), Vapor Permits, CUPA Permits, and Installations of Petroleum Product Equipment from a small 120 gallon tank to a full Fuel Facility or Bulk Plant.
